• Entrance Fee: Free (entrance and concert are free; food and carnival rides are separate charges)
• Smoking Policy: No smoking or vaping allowed in the park or at the festival
• Pet Policy: No dogs allowed (only authorized service animals permitted)
• Items Allowed: Lawn chairs, blankets, bags, backpacks, and water bottles (subject to search)
• Weather Policy: Carnival continues in the rain; closes temporarily if lightning or thunder is detected
• Parking: Free local side street parking available
• Ride Pass: Can be purchased at the carnival
• Wristband Policy: Wristbands are date and time specific and cannot be used on another day
