VIP vehicles must arrive at respective lots by 11:00 AM
No glass bottles or other glass on picnic grounds
No in/out of parking lots
No fireworks
No firearms
No vending, solicitation, or distribution of materials of any kind on festival grounds (only official vendors or sponsors may do so)
All ticket wristbands are non-transferable
All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges
This is a rain or shine event
Absolutely no selling of food and/or beverages from inside of tents. Only permitted vendors can sell food or liquor on the grounds
