Pitchfork Music Festival 2008, July 18-20 in Union Park
LINEUP
Pitchfork has announced several of the acts for this year's Festival in Union Park.
Friday, July 18: Incendiary rap group Public Enemy takes the stage for the "Don't Look Back" series (presented by All Tomorrow's Parties). The group will perform its classic album, It Takes A Nation Of Millions To Hold Us Back, in its entirety.
Post-punk legends Mission of Burma will also be on hand, playing their 1983 album, Vs.
Saturday, July 19: Animal Collective, Jarvis Cocker, !!!, Vampire Weekend, Dizzee Rascal, No Age, Atlas Sound, Jay Reatard, King Khan and His Shrines, The Ruby Suns, A Hawk and a Hacksaw, Occidental Brothers Dance Band International and Fleet Foxes will perform, among others not yet announced.
Sunday, July 20: Spoon, Dinosaur Jr., Spiritualized, M.Ward, Ghostface and Raekwon, Les Savy Fav, The Apples in Stereo, Boris, Dirty Projectors, Cut Copy, Extra Golden, Dodos, Fuck Buttons and El Guincho will take the stage on Sunday, among others not yet announced.

Tickets go on sale at noon on Wednesday, March 12. It's $30 for a one-day pass, $50 for a Saturday/Sunday two-day pass and $65 for a three-day pass.
